Client Brief-

Our client desired to build a bungalow on his ancestral property of 140’ X 140’ that faces a lake. The site is located towards the outskirts of Bangalore. The client wanted a spacious, favourable environment where his children could grow up, creating nostalgic memories to look back at as adults. He was keen on a home filled with positive vibes and energy along with a balance of familial warmth and individual preferences. The spatial requirements comprised of formal living spaces, family bonding spaces, 5 bedrooms, a home theatre and a gymnasium all spread out in a G+1+.5 bungalow.
